Free tracked shipping to Australia (6-12 business days) and New Zealand (8-15 business days). Changed your mind? Return the mat unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery; return postage is at your cost. Faulty items replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law.
FAQ
Does it need the fridge or freezer? No. It works at room temperature, on contact.
Is it safe if my dog chews it? There’s no gel to leak. It’s fabric and mesh. We still recommend supervising heavy chewers.
Can I wash it? Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry. No machine wash, no tumble dryer.
Will it slip on tiles? The base is non-slip dotted fabric.
