Who we are. Pawcoola is a trading name of Anaztech LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 North Gould Street Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). Contact: hello@pawcoola.com.
Orders. When you place an order you make an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order before shipping (for example a pricing error or stock issue) and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable GST we are required to collect. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay); we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for mats that are unused and in their original packaging; return postage is at your cost. Faulty or misdescribed goods are replaced or refunded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product use. Our cooling mats are designed for pets. Supervise heavy chewers. Do not use as a substitute for shade, water and veterinary care on hot days.
Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Intellectual property. Pawcoola’s name, logo, photos and text are ours. You may share them to talk about us; please don’t use them to sell anything else.
Reviews. Reviews on our site are from verified customers. We don’t edit them for content, and we don’t pay for them.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to your order.
