Who we are. Pawcoola is a trading name of Anaztech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 North Gould Street Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States). We sell pet cooling gear online to customers in Australia and New Zealand through pawcoola.com. For anything about your personal information, email hello@pawcoola.com.
What we collect. When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (optional, for the carrier), what you bought and how much you paid. Our payment processor collects your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number. When you contact us, we keep your message and our reply. When you browse, our systems record technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the cookies described below.
Why we use it. To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, meet our legal and tax obligations and, only if you opt in, send you news and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Who we share it with. Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), our fulfilment partner and carriers (name, address and phone, so your parcel can be delivered and tracked), Brevo (order and support emails), our web host, backup and security providers, and Cloudflare (email routing). Each receives only what it needs for its task. We don’t sell personal information, and we never share it with advertisers in a way that identifies you by name.
Cookies. Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working (set by WooCommerce and Stripe); they can’t be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies (for example Meta or TikTok pixels, Google Analytics) help us measure which ads lead to orders; we only use them where the law allows, and you can block them in your browser or through the platforms’ own opt-outs.
Where your data goes. Our store is hosted in the European Union, Stripe processes payments in the United States, and our fulfilment partner is in Asia, so your information leaves Australia or New Zealand. We only work with providers that protect data to a standard comparable to Australian and New Zealand privacy law.
How long we keep it. Order records for 7 years (tax and consumer law), customer service messages for 2 years, marketing preferences until you unsubscribe, and server logs for 30 days.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your personal information, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email hello@pawcoola.com; we answer within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
Children. Our site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security. The site is served over HTTPS, protected by a web application firewall and backed up off-site. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider.
