Where we ship. Australia and New Zealand. We don’t ship anywhere else yet.
Cost. Free tracked shipping on every order, to Australia and New Zealand. No minimum.
Delivery times. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 6-12 business days to Australia and 8-15 business days to New Zealand. These are real averages from our carrier, not best cases. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where it ships from. Our fulfilment partner ships from Asia on a dedicated Australian line with end-to-end tracking. We’re working on an Australian warehouse to bring delivery under a week.
Customs and GST. Orders under 1,000 AUD arrive with no customs duties or import GST payable on delivery. Prices on our site are in AUD.
Lost or damaged. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your mat arrives damaged, email hello@pawcoola.com with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won’t need to chase the carrier.
Wrong address. Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address, we’ll re-ship it once at no charge.
